Adani Ports wins “India’s Container Port of the year” award

 Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ), India’s largest port developer and the logistics arm of Adani Group, was recently awarded ‘India’s Container Port of the Year 2016’ at the 7th edition of All India Maritime and Logistics Awards (MALA) in Mumbai.

AdaniDirector General of Shipping Deepak Shetty & Adarsh Hegde Joint Managing director Allcargo Logistics presented the Award to Ennarasu Karunesan, CEO – APSEZ Mundra & Tuna.

On this occasion Ennarasu Karunesan, CEO – APSEZ Mundra & Tuna stated that “Mundra port is the only port in the country with 21st Century Infrastructure; we have already handled the world’s biggest coal ship, worlds’ largest container vessel and currently handle 37 Container rakes in a day.”
