Mahindra Logistics, the supply chain arm of business conglomerate Mahindra Group, has reported 10.9 percent growth in its topline in the quarter ending in September. The company has reported an overall revenue of Rs 927.4 crore as against Rs 836 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 19.1 in the quarter which is substantially higher than Rs 13.8 crore figure notched in the corresponding three month figure in the previous fiscal. “We continue to remain optimistic on the growth potential of the sector. We are encouraged by the government plans and actions for improving the logistics sector,” Pirozshaw Sarkari, CEO, Mahindra Logistics has been quoted as saying in a new report after announcement of the quarterly result.
