SIAM’s 2nd edition of Indo-Bangla Automotive Show

The 2nd Edition of the coveted Indo-Bangla Automotive Show, a four-day event, organized by India’s automotive industry body, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) in association with Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) culminated successfully in Dhaka last week. The event saw participation of Industry leaders from both the countries and was also very well received by the general public, which comprised school and college students, business visitors and auto enthusiasts. This year’s show saw a huge surge in footfalls, compared to previous edition.

Leading Indian automotive manufacturers along with their Bangladeshi partners and automotive component manufacturers such as Ashok Leyland, Bajaj Auto, Eicher Motors, Force Motors, Hero MotoCorp, Mahindra & Mahindra, Maruti-Suzuki, SML Isuzu, TATA Motors, TVS Motors, Aftab Autos, Ifad Autos, Karnaphuli, Niloy Motors, Nitol Motors, Rancon Auto, Rangs Motors, Runner Motors, Uttara Motors among others participated in large numbers at the grand event in addition to more than 35 Indian component manufacturers, tyre manufacturers, oil and lube companies, International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT) amongst others organisations, participated in the event.
