Its Employment Outlook Report has underlined creation of 11.5 lakh jobs during the first half of the current fiscal and retail and logistics sectors would be the key job generators.

Travel and hospitality and BPO/ITes businesses have been projected to be the lead drivers of fresh job creation. The analysis covers as much as 19 sectors and after travel and BPO, retail, logistic, educational services and fast moving consumer goods and durables (FMCG&D) have been projected as the possible leading verticals in job creation till September.

“The positive business outlook created by the stock market rally and increased investments seem to be having a corresponding impact on the employment outlook.
