A leading recruitment firm is looking for candidates for the position of Manager (Operations) for a leading MNC Freight forwarding company. Location – Delhi.
Negotiating rates with transporters, Carriers, Customs Brokers and other Vendors if Pricing Resource is not available in the same Branch. • Offering additional dedicated support to local clients and overseas Offices in cases where the assigned Customer Service is not able to pro-actively resolve the particular issues. Stepping in on communications and resolve /clarify fast the issues as per Company standards. • Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the shipments, including the production of management reports and statistical and unit cost analysis; • Responsible for assigning to Customer Service Staff job role, responsibilities, duties and tasks. • Report proactively to Branch Manager on main critical issues and seek special approvals • Ensure that financial management (billing and invoicing) and reporting for freight is carried out in accordance with company requirements.
