Snapdeal reports brisk sales with major orders from non-metro circles

Snapdeal concluded its first Diwali sale of 2019 with record orders received, showing a massive growth of 52% over last Diwali volumes. US-China trade war gives India hopes to tap $1-billion of jewellery export

India’s gems and jewellery sector hopes to tap a $1-billion export opportunity arising out of the ongoing trade war between the United States (US) and China, reports Business Standard. Europe’s largest port further improves capacity

Europe’s largest port, Port of Rotterdam has improved its capacity which will enable it to handle even larger ships. According to an international news agency report, the port has successfully executed deepening of the  the Nieuwe Waterweg waterway by one and a half meters across a distance of 25 kilomteres.
