BDM for Freight Forwarding sector at multiple locations

Looking for Manager: Business Development from Freight forwarding Sector
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad/ Bangalore
Maximize and manage the volume, revenue and margin of new customers and / or existing customer base in order to deliver sales results.
Constantly communicate with customers through personal visits, phone calls and emails to discuss opportunities, concerns or corrective actions required.
Effectively communicate with the Local Operations Team to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded in a timely fashion.
Develop, implement and deliver on the pre-determined sales plan & sales budget.
Manage any conflicts and issues. Drive the company to quickly resolve problems and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
