With many people unable to travel to their homes due to lockdowns and many missing out on the celebrations while adhering to social distancing, Raksha Bandhan in the times of COVID-19 was way different this year. But express logistics major Blue Dart has claimed leveraging FarEye’s leading predictive logistics platform which resulted in timely, seamless, and contactless deliveries across the nation on the occasion of the popular festival.
Rakhi packages constituted 11-12% of Blue Dart’s total retail store shipments. Using FarEye’s technology platform, Blue Dart made Rakhi deliveries all across India to help families stay connected despite the physical distance, said a press release.
